Product Description
The MSM019B-0300-NN-M5-MH0, a product of Bosch Rexroth, has a compact design equipped with PROFIBUS-DP, a master communication module that functions well with multiple-axis devices. The servo motor is a new generation of motors with low power voltages ranging from 100 to 750 W. The AC motor uses four types of controllers of 100 W, 200 W, 400 W, or 750 W with sizes that are adapted to the motor. The motors have integrated components like a drive shaft with a key, holding brake, and an encoder that helps you to identify the position of the load without moving to the reference point. The servo motor is configured with digital inputs/outputs and can be used without a communication card as a drive with a parallel interface (seven inputs, three outputs.)
Braking resistors are used with the MSM motor and can either be an external or an internal braking resistor. The use of an internal braking resistor lowers the continuous power supply of the DC bus therefore; an external braking resistor is used to prevent the derating of the DC bus power. However, when an external braking resistor is used, drive top commissioning software should be installed in the motor to assist in relaying the commands. If no resistor is used in the terminal, then the connections must be jumpered. The braking resistors are purchased separately as accessories for the servo motor.
The MSM019B-0300-NN-M5-MH0 is powered by a three-phase connection at 3 x 240 V or Single-phase connection at 1 x 240 V. Connections with voltages exceeding the stated should be connected through a transformer. The spindle motor, however, is designed for a three-phase mains connection; a single-phase connection reduces the service life of the drive controllers. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
