Product Description
Users of Bosch Rexroth factory automation systems are guaranteed an unparalleled experience in drive and motion control. One of such systems is the Rexroth IndraDrive system. It is a unique drive system designed to provide safe and cost-efficient solutions to a variety of automation challenges. IndraDrive is scalable in power, consistent in operation and technology and equipped with components that are completely in sync through efficient communication. A series of components in the drive system is the IndraDyn S family of servo motors, also known as MSK motors. They are flexible, synchronous servo motors that can be used for applications even beyond what is the norm for typical servo motors.
The MSK101E-0450-NN-S1-BP2-NNNN is an IndraDyn S servo motor model by Bosch Rexroth. It can achieve a maximum speed of 6,000 rotations per minute and has a maximum torque value of 231.0 Nm. Its winding inductivity is 1.080 mH while its winding resistance at 20 oC is 0.06 Ohms. It is equipped with a Singleturn optical encoder with Hiperface interface and 128 increments, which provides the drive control device with information on the current rotor position. As a self-cooling motor, its cooling mode is natural convection where the heat generated within it is dissipated to the ambient air.
The output shaft of the MSK101E-0450-NN-S1-BP2-NNNN is a shaft with keyway according to DIN 6885-1 and radial shaft sealing rings according to DIN 3760 – design A. This shaft allows machine elements to be driven to be anchored to the motor drive shafts. It also features an electrically-releasing brake with a holding torque of 70 Nm which holds the axis when the machine is in the de-energized state.
