Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive system is a pioneer factory automation solution in the drive market today, with its numerous innovative features. The drive system features a high degree of flexibility for scalable performance and functionality. This is due to the freely combinable nature of the system’s components, one of which is the MSK synchronous motor. Motors that belong to this series are compact and highly precise with a high torque density. They are designed with a wide power spectrum but narrow size increments and can be operated as servo and rotary main drives in industrial applications like robotics, machine tools, printing and paper-processing machines, food processing and packaging machines, and metal forming machines.
The MSK101E-0450-NN-S1-AP0-NNNN model of Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDyn S motors has a motor size of 101 and length E. Its winding code, as specified by the manufacturer, is 0450. For heat dissipation, it uses natural convection and for the determination of the motor’s position, it utilizes a Singleturn optical encoder. This encoder has a Hiperface interface, 128 increments and a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. The output shaft of the motor is a shaft with radial shaft sealing rings according to DIN 3760 – design A and keyway according to DIN 6885-1.
The maximum speed of the MSK101E-0450-NN-S1-AP0-NNNN is 6,000 rotations per minute and its maximum current is 262.4A. At 20°C, its voltage constant and torque constant values are 81.2 V/min-1 and 1.32 Nm/A respectively. There are plug-in power connections on the MSK101E-0450-NN-S1-AP0-NNNN with the connector on the A-side of the motor. For a quick and simple assembly and commissioning, it is recommended that ready-made cables by Bosch Rexroth are used.
