The MSK101E-0300-NN-M2-BG2-RNNN is a synchronous motor that comes from the famous MSK series that is manufactured for catering to high torque requirements in the industry. This motor is used in industrial assembly lines of various types and can control the positioning of assembly line components with very high accuracy. The motor is also able to control the speed of the process by executing periodic movements at a predefined speed. This motor is very useful for use with metal machining systems, woodworking machines, paper manufacturing machines, paper printing systems, and food processing equipment. Another advantage of this synchronous motor is that it can be used in humid conditions and in areas where there is significant exposure to moisture.

The MSK101E-0300-NN-M2-BG2-RNNN is provided with an internal sealing kit that is used to build a predefined overpressure inside the motor’s enclosure. The overpressure forms a barrier to the entry of unwanted fluids inside the motor’s enclosure. As a result, the motor is protected from damage caused by the excess of moisture. The motor can produce a maximum torque of 231 Nm and is useful for applications where despite a high torque requirement, only a small sized motor can be installed. Due to the use of high quality permanent magnets, a high density magnetic flux is generated inside the motor. This results in high energy density that allows the motor to generate a high amount of torque and maintain it even when the speeds are changing. The motor’s outer enclosure is completely protected in accordance with the IP 65 standards.
