Product Description
In keeping up with the latest advancements in servomotor design and manufacturing, the Rexroth Bosch Indramat line of servomotors are continuously updated to deliver improved performance and reliability across a wide range of applications. As required and expected of an IndraDyn S motor from Rexroth, the MSK101E-0300-NN-M1-AG2-NNNN is a synchronous servomotor that delivers.
At a sizeable 53.5kg and dimensions of 190mm and 180mm for its flange size and centering diameter, the MSK101E-0300-NN-M1-AG2-NNNN motor falls in the large category of MSK motors. This is based on the 101E frame size/length which also determines the motor’s mechanical properties. With a standstill continuous torque of 70Nm, this motor offers the largest torque available for the MSK-line. Also, with a total torque potential of up to 231Nm: this motor is built to offer a lot of turning power with maximum output efficiency. It has a top speed of 4600min-1, and this is possible through its ‘0300’ winding type. This winding allows current flow of up to 187.4A at a maximum, and 41.6A under continuous operations. Considering this motor’s impressive mechanical performance, heat accumulation would be an expected consequence; however, it has a thermal time constant of 100 minutes. That is how long it takes for the motor to heat up to 63% of its housing temperature, which is expected to be within the recommended 0 - 40℃ range of the ambient temperature. Also, the natural convection cooling method is the default way for reducing heat in this motor with an option for fan mounting.
Intended for high precision, this motor includes a positional relay and a multiturn Hiperface absolute optical encoder with 128 increments per full revolution. For load bearing and rotation, it has a plain shaft with sealing rings. It also has a holding brake for maintaining load grip up to 70Nm of holding capacity. With electrical connections to the A-side, this motor offers convenience in installation and integration with other sub-systems.
