Product Description
Bosch Rexroth combines years of experience with new technologies to manufacture the Indradyn S synchronous servomotors. These motors have a compact construction, high dynamics, a high torque density, and an extremely high degree of precision due to new optical encoder systems. They are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors in applications like machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, packaging and food processing machines, metal forming machines, and robotics.
The MSK101E-0300-FN-S2-BP2-RNNN is equipped with an optical encoder, the single-turn EnDat 2.1 type, which has a system accuracy of +/- 20 angular seconds. This encoder permits absolute indirect position recording within one mechanical motor rotation. The motor is equipped with a holding brake that holds the motor axis when the machine is in the de-energized state. It has four pole pairs and a maximum speed of 4,600 rpm. It is liquid-cooled; hence, it is suitable for extreme loads such as start-stop operations with high repetition rates. Its heat dissipation occurs over the used coolant, released via a downstream heat exchanger to the downstream air.
The electrical connections of the MSK101E-0300-FN-S2-BP2-RNNN are the power connector and the encoder connector; the power connector includes a connection for the temperature sensor and holding brake. The motor temperature is monitored by the temperature sensor and a temperature model which protects the motor from damage by thermal overload. These connections are plugin modules and ready-made cables from Indramat should be used for them. The motor also belongs to insulation class F, hence it has a high degree of thermal stability. It has a unique design: the reduced shaft run out, axial run-out according to DIN 42955.
