Product Description
The compact and powerful synchronous motors of the MSK series are servo motor models in the IndraDyn S family. They are characterized by their compact size, high torque density, and versatility. They can be tailored to suit users’ specific requirements; hence, they can be used for applications beyond what is usual for regular servo motors.
The MSK101E-0300-FN-S2-AG2-RNNN is an IndraDyn S servo motor model in the MSK series. Its maximum torque is 231.0Nm and its maximum speed is 4,600 revolutions per minute. Its integrated liquid cooling mechanism indicates that it can be used for operations with extreme loads like duration and start-stop operations with high repetition rates. Its heat dissipation is via a used coolant that releases the heat to the ambient air through a downstream heat exchanger. This MSK model is designed for flange assembly (B05) and uses plug-in connectors for its electrical connections. The connectors include a power connector with connections for the temperature sensor and holding brake, and an encoder connection.
A single-turn encoder with Hiperface and 16 signal periods is the encoder system of the MSK101E-0300-FN-S2-AG2-RNNN. The encoder uses the optical measuring principle and has a high degree of precision with which it determines the motor’s position and controls its speed. It is also equipped with a data memory where the motor’s parameters are filed. It enhances the quick startup of the motor and its safe synchronization with its drive controller. This MSK model also features a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring which ensures its quiet running with a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft-hub connection. The shaft sealing ring is made from materials that are resistant to oils and chemicals.
