Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDyn S MSK synchronous motors have several outstanding features which make them the preferred motors for industrial applications. The top characteristics of the MSK range of motors are its wide power spectrum and narrow size increments. These synchronous servo motors also have a high torque density which allows a particularly compact design with maximum torques of up to 631 Nm. Their combination with IndraDrive control units results in high-performance drive systems with a flexible configuration that offers innovative solutions for new drive applications.
The encoder system of the MSK101E-0202-NN-S3-FG0-NPNN is a single-turn encoder with a Hiperface interface and 16 signal periods. This encoder system has an in-built data memory for the storage of the motor name, control loop parameters, and other motor parameters. The motor is cooled via natural convection. Heat dissipation is realized via natural convection into ambient air and by heat conduction onto the machine structure. Additionally, blower units can be fitted to this motor for applications with a high level of continuous power.
The MSK101E-0202-NN-S3-FG0-NPNN is fitted with a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring. The plain shaft allows the motor to run quietly with a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft-hub connection. This synchronous motor has a protection rating of IP 65 as per DIN EN 60529. It signifies that it is dust-proof, protected against water jets from different directions and that it has complete shock protection. The motor housing varnish is black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It grants the motor chemical resistance to dilute acids/alkaline solutions, water, seawater, sewage, and current mineral oils and restricted resistance against organic solvents and hydraulic oil.
