Product Description
In terms of efficiency, durability and maintenance free operations, there are only few sets of servomotors that can compete with those produced by Rexroth Indramat. Bearing the Rexroth brand and outstanding craftsmanship, the MSK101E-0200-NN-S1-BG3-NNNN is a servomotor to contend with.
Featuring the default sleek and functional housing of the MSK series, this motor offers excellent protection against ingress of dust and water (IP65 protection). It has a large frame size of 192mm and a centering diameter of 180mm. It’s ‘0200’ winding code suggests that it has the lowest mechanical specifications amongst its peers with the 101E size code. However, it still offers an impressive performance: Its maximum speed is at 3500min-1. At zero speed, it can generate up to 70Nm of torque continuously. This is a great starting torque, which could reduce at speed due to losses. It can handle an operating current of 32.1A continuously, and a maximum of 144.5A.
The maximum torque capacity for this motor is 231Nm, which is possible for a 400ms timeframe at the maximum current capacity. Since this motor has a recommended operating temperature between 0 - 40℃, it tries to maintain this range by cooling off through natural convection. For improving its precision in positional control, it features an optical encoder: a single-turn Hiperface model with a resolution of 128/revolution. This encoder signals can be relayed via its output terminal for electrical connections, which is attached to the B-side. Finally, it has a standard shaft type (plain with sealing rings) and comes with a holding brake. The holding brake is electrically released, with a large holding torque of 120Nm. This motor is great for applications that require complete control over load inertia, a large torque, and efficiency in torque delivery.
