Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth MSK101E-0200-NN-S1-BG0-NNNN is a digital servo motor. It is deployed as part of a servo system that includes a drive controller. The controller performs two functions: it provides motor power and controls motor parameters including speed, position and torque. On the MSK101E-0200-NN-S1-BG0-NNNN motor, the power cable from the controller terminates on a power connection on side B of the motor housing. The motor encoder sends feedback to the controller through a separate feedback cable. The encoder is an optical singleturn device with Hiperface support and 128 signal periods. MSK motors support optional holding bakes. However the MSK101E-0200-NN-S1-BG0-NNNN does not feature the holding brake. The motor has a standard design. Either surface cooling or natural convection can be used for heat dissipation. The motor has a plain shaft with a seal. The shaft seal protects motor bearings from environmental contaminants.
The shaft seal degrades with use and should be replaced periodically. If required, operators can order motor shafts with a keyway. According to EN 60034-5, the protection class of the motor is IP65. According to EN 60034-1, the thermal class of the MSK101E-0200-NN-S1-BG0-NNNN. The maximum current that the MSK101E-0200-NN-S1-BG0-NNNN motor can deliver is 144.5 Amps. The peak output torque that the motor can deliver is 231 Nm. The continuous torque at standstill is 70 Nm. The continuous current at standstill is 32.1 Amps. The thermal time constant of the servo motor is 100 minutes. The shipping weight of the servo motor is 53.5 kilograms. The rated motor speed is 4500 RPM. Trained personnel should handle the motor. Only accessories approved by Bosch should be used. No modification to motor hardware or software is permitted.
