Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is the result of the combination of different future-proof drive and motion control units. One of these is the MSK servo motor with a compact size and high torque density. Typical applications of these motors include machine tools and robotics.
The MSK101E-0200-NN-M1-AG2-NNAN is a Bosch Rexroth MSK motor model with a nominal speed of 2,000 revolutions per minute. It has a thermal sensor of the KTY84 type in its stator windings to protect it from irreversible damage due to thermal overload. This temperature monitoring system works with another independently operated one known as the temperature model. The motor also has a protective black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water that displays high chemical resistance against dilute acids/alkaline solutions, seawater, sewage, and current mineral oils. Since its housing is completely sealed and has an IP 65 Ingress Protection rating, it is safe for use under adverse environmental conditions.
A multiturn absolute encoder with a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds is present in the MSK101E-0200-NN-M1-AG2-NNAN to detect and record the motor’s absolute, indirect position within 4.096 mechanical rotations. It has the Hiperface interface and a data memory where important parameters like the motor’s type name and its control loop parameters are stored. This ensures its rapid start-up and its smooth adjustment to its drive controller. The output shaft of the MDD model is a plain type that guarantees a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash. It also comes with an electrically released holding brake of 120.0Nm holding torque to hold the axes at a standstill when the ”controller enable” signal is off.
