Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is the designer and manufacturer of the highly efficient MSK family of motors used as rotary main and servo drive motors. They are flexible components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system used in printing and paper-processing machines, metal-forming machines, machine tools, and robotics.
The MSK101E-0200-FN-S2-BP0-RNNN is a compact synchronous servo motor in the MSK series by Bosch Rexroth. It uses the liquid cooling mode for heat dissipation; hence, it is suitable for extreme loads, as seen in start-stop operations with high repetition rates. A KTY84 thermal sensor is also present in its stator windings to detect its temperature and protect it from damage due to thermal overload. This model’s encoder system is a single-turn encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface. It uses the optical measuring principle to detect the absolute, indirect position of the motor within one mechanical motor rotation. According to EN 60529, its Ingress Protection rating is IP 65, meaning that it is dust-proof, touch-proof, and impermeable to water jet sprays.
A black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water is the coating of the MSK101E-0200-FN-S2-BP0-RNNN. It is highly resistant to dilute acids and alkaline solutions, seawater, sewage, and current mineral oils. The motor also has a nominal speed of 2,000 revolutions per minute, and a theoretical maximum torque is 231.0Nm. It has four pole pairs and a rotor whose moment of inertia is 0.01380kgm2. Its output shaft is one with a keyway according to DIN 6885-1 and a shaft sealing ring. This shaft sealing ring prevents fluids from entering the motor while the shaft ensures form-fitting transmission of torque with constant direction.
