Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s MSK synchronous motors belong to the IndraDyn S family. They are a group of synchronous motors with driving powers of varying degrees and different interfaces, supporting their use in user-specific applications. These high-efficiency servo motors are notable for their high torque density and functionality. They also have a compact build and components of the state-of-the-art Rexroth IndraDrive drive system designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The motors are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors.
The MSK101E-0200-FN-S2-BG0-RNNN is equipped with a plain shaft with a radial shaft sealing ring according to DIN 6885-1. This plain shaft ensures quiet running with its non-positive shaft hub connection with zero backlash, while the shaft sealing ring prevents fluids from entering the shaft. The motor features a single-turn optical encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface and has a system accuracy of ±20 angular seconds. There is a data memory in this encoder to ensure the motor’s quick and easy startup since it stores parameters like the motor type name and its control loop parameters. It also promotes its risk-free adjustment to the drive controller.
For maximum safety, the MSK101E-0200-FN-S2-BG0-RNNN undergoes standardized inspections like the electrical and mechanical tests from Bosch Rexroth. It has an Ingress protection rating of IP 65, meaning that it is dust-proof and protected against water jets from different directions. It also has complete shock protection. The motors housing varnish is a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It grants the motor chemical resistance to dilute acids/alkaline solutions, water, seawater, sewage, and current mineral oils and limited resistance against organic solvents and hydraulic oil.
