Product Description
Bosch Rexroth offers a variety of drive and motion control technologies to users on a specialized and integrated basis. The MSK servo motors are a group of synchronous motors by the company. These synchronous servo motors have a high torque density, allowing a particularly compact design with maximum torques of up to 631 Nm. They are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors in machine tools, robotics, metal forming machines, and food processing and packaging machines.
With its optical encoder system, the position of the MSK101E-0200-FN-S2-AG2-RNNN can be determined precisely. This encoder is a single-turn encoder with an EnDat 2.1 interface and 2,048 signal periods. It also has a system accuracy of ±20 angular seconds. The encoder system has an in-built data memory for storing the motor name, control loop parameters, and other parameters. This MSK model has a standard plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring that provides a friction-locked shaft-hub connection without play and excellent running smoothness. The motor’s maximum speed is 3,500 rotations per minute, and it has 4 pole pairs.
The MSK101E-0200-FN-S2-AG2-RNNN has a unique design with reduced shaft run out, axial run-out according to DIN 42955. It has a protection rating of IP 65 according to the guidelines of DIN EN 60529. This means that it is dust-proof, protected against water jets from different directions, and has complete shock protection. The housing varnish is a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It gives the motor chemical resistance to dilute acids/alkaline solutions, water, seawater, sewage, and current mineral oils and limited resistance against organic solvents and hydraulic oil.
