This encoder is a single-turn encoder with an EnDat 2.1 interface and 2,048 signal periods. It also has a system accuracy of ±20 angular seconds. The encoder system has an in-built data memory for storing the motor name, control loop parameters, and other parameters. It gives the motor chemical resistance to dilute acids/alkaline solutions, water, seawater, sewage, and current mineral oils and limited resistance against organic solvents and hydraulic oil.
