Product Description

One of the motor series in the Bosch Rexroth IndraDyn S series is the MSK series. They are characterized by a high torque density, high dynamics, wide power spectrum, and high precision. These synchronous motors are used to build drive systems like the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. They are also designed as rotary main and servo drive motors. Their fields of application include machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, food and packaging machines, metal forming machines, and robotics.

The MSK101E-0200-FN-M3-AG0-NNAN is a model of the MSK motors by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with a multiturn absolute encoder with the Hiperface interface that controls the motor’s speed and position. This optical encoder has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and allows the motor to function with high precision. It has a data memory that stores the motor name, control loop parameters, and other motor parameters. The data memory allows for the quick and easy startup of the motor and its safe adaptation to its drive control unit.

As a liquid-cooled motor, the MSK101E-0200-FN-M3-AG0-NNAN is suitable for operations with extreme loads, such as start-stop operations with high repetition rates. Heat dissipation is via a coolant with heat released from a downstream heat exchanger to the ambient air.
