Product Description
Users of Bosch Rexroth’s factory automation units are assured of quality and performance-enhancing work. This is because the company prioritizes innovation in creating its products, including the MSK motors. The MSK motors are available in different speeds, sizes, and torques. They are flexible synchronous servo motors that can be upgraded and tailored to suit application-specific requirements.
The MSK101D-0300-NN-S2-AP0-RNNN is a model of the Bosch Rexroth MSK motors. It has a compact build and a high torque density with a nominal speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute. This model supports maintenance-free operation and is cooled by natural convection. It is equipped with a KTY84-type temperature sensor to prevent damage caused by temperature overload. The sensor works with the temperature model system, which works independently to protect the motor. With its Ingress Protection rating of IP 65 according to EN 60529, this MSK model is dust-proof and touch-proof. It is also resistant to the entry of hose-directed water sprays. The motor generates a maximum torque of 160.0 Nm and has four pole pairs. Its thermal time constant is 100.0 minutes.
An optical encoder with the single-turn configuration detects the absolute, indirect position of the MSK101D-0300-NN-S2-AP0-RNNN within one mechanical motor rotation. It has a system accuracy of ±20 angular seconds and substitutes for separate incremental encoders with this motor. Its cooling is achieved via natural convection, with heat transfer to the ambient air and the machine construction. The output shaft of the motor is a plain type with a shaft sealing ring that prevents fluids from entering the motor through the shaft. It also has a reduced shaft run-out and axial run-out according to DIN 42955.
