Product Description
The MSK101D-0300-NN-M1-RG0-NNNN is a Bosch MSK series servo motor. Operators can select one of four options for the electrical connection location. These options are the following: towards side A (pointing towards the shaft), towards side B (pointing opposite to the shaft), pointing towards the right and pointing towards the left. The electrical connection on the MSK101D-0300-NN-M1-RG0-NNNN motor is pointing towards the right. Six types of encoders are available for MSK motors. These include three singleturn encoders and three multiturn encoders. The MSK101D-0300-NN-M1-RG0-NNNN motor features an optical multiturn encoder rated for 128 signal periods. The motor encoder supports the Hiperface protocol. The motor has a plain shaft with sealing ring. This the recommended standard version for MSK motors and offers a force-fit, backlash-free shaft-hub connection with very quiet running.
A holding brake is not available on the motor. The motor housing has a standard design. The MSK101D-0300-NN-M1-RG0-NNNN motor supports two cooling methods: natural convection and surface cooling. As surface cooling provides increased heat dissipation, the motor delivers higher levels of output torque and current with this cooling method. The output torque with surface cooling is 75 Nm. In contrast, the output torque with natural convection is 50 Nm. The output current with surface cooling is 45.9 Amps. In contrast, the output current with natural convection is 30.6 Amps. As standard, MSK motors are painted black (RAL9005). An additional varnish with a coat thickness of maximum 40 micrometer is permitted. Before painting the housing, personnel should check the adhesiveness and resistance of the new paint. Care should be taken during painting to protect all safety notes, type plates and open connectors with a painting protection. Only trained personnel should install and operate the motor.
