The MSK101D-0300-FN-M2-RG0-RNNN is one of the synchronous servo motors of the MSK series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It has a multiturn absolute encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface to record the motor’s absolute, indirect position within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. Because of a data memory feature in this encoder, the motor’s startup is faster, and it can adapt safer to its drive converter. Relevant information like the motor type name and its control loop parameters are filed in this data memory to ensure this. The maximum speed of the MSK motor is 4,600 revolutions per minute, and it has four pole pairs. Its bearing has a nominal lifetime of 30,000 operating hours, and it supports maintenance-free operation.
