Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures the MSK101D-0300-FN-M2-AG0-RNNN as part of the MSK synchronous motor series. Motors in this series have a compact construction and are characterized by high dynamics, wide power spectrum, high precision, and high torque density. There are various motor models in the MSK series that differ based on their interfaces and driving powers. These motors are mainly used as rotary main and servo drive motors and have a wide range of applications. They are used in machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, food and packaging machines, metal forming machines, and robotics.
With an integrated optical encoder, the position of the MSK101D-0300-FN-M2-AG0-RNNN is evaluated with high precision. Its encoder is the multi-turn absolute encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface. This encoder permits absolute, indirect position evaluation within 4,096 mechanical rotations and has a system accuracy of ±20 angular seconds. It also has a data memory where the motor's parameters are stored, and this ensures its quick startup. This motor’s temperature is monitored by two independent systems, which are the temperature sensor and the temperature model. These systems protect it against irreversible damage from thermal overload.
The MSK101D-0300-FN-M2-AG0-RNNN is designed with increased concentricity and tolerates shaft extension runout and axial runout according to DIN 42955. It is equipped with a plain output shaft with a shaft sealing ring, according to DIN 6885-1. The plain shaft provides a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft-hub connection with quiet running. This motor is liquid-cooled with heat dissipation occurring over the coolant, which is released via a downstream heat exchanger to the ambient air. Due to this cooling method, it is suitable for continuous start-stop operations with high repetitive frequency.
