Product Description
Although designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors, the synchronous servo motors of the MSK series support several other applications. This is due to their flexibility, allowing them to accommodate additional units for application-specific operations like robotics, metal forming machines, and food packaging processing machines.
The MSK101D-0300-FN-M1-AG0-NNNN is a model of the maintenance-free MSK servo motors designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Its plain shaft ensures a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash and has a shaft sealing ring designed per DIN 3760 – design A. Since the motor is cooled via liquid cooling, it supports extreme loads like continuous start-stop operations with high repetition frequency. The cooling mechanism uses a coolant like water to absorb the water generated by the motor, and this is released via a downstream heat exchanger to the ambient air. Its sealed housing of the IP 65 protection class per EN 60529 allows it to be operated in harsh environmental conditions without the risk of damage.
An encoder with the multiturn configuration and the Hiperface interface determines the position of the MSK101D-0300-FN-M1-AG0-NNNN and transfers this data to the data controller. It has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and evaluates the motor’s absolute, indirect position recording within 4,096 mechanical rotations. Like other MSK models, this motor is protected by a KTY84 thermal sensor and an independently operating system called the temperature model. Its maximum speed is 4,600 revolutions per minute, while its maximum attainable torque is 160.0Nm. Coated in a varnish that consists of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water, the motor displays high operational reliability.
