Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s MSK synchronous motors have several outstanding features which make them the preferred motors for industrial applications. They have a wide power spectrum with small size increments and are characterized by high dynamics, compact construction, high torque density, and a high degree of precision. The high torque density allows a compact design with maximum torques of up to 631 Nm. These motors are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors for user-specific applications.
The MSK101D-0202-NN-S3-AG0-NNNN has an integrated single-turn absolute optical encoder with a Hiperface interface. This encoder has a data memory for storing the motor's parameters like its type name, control loop parameters, and other parameters. The motor is fitted with a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring, which provides a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft-hub connection with a high degree of quiet running. The radial shaft sealing ring is designed according to DIN 3760, and it prevents fluids from entering the motor through the shaft. It also keeps the shaft seal lubricated throughout its service life.
Operating the MSK101D-0202-NN-S3-AG0-NNNN should be at an ambient temperature of 0°C to 40°C and relative humidity of 5% to 95%. It should be installed at a maximum height of 1000m above mean sea level. The motor is equipped with a temperature sensor and a temperature model. These two work independently to prevent permanent damage from thermal overload. Heat dissipation is achieved via natural convection to the ambient air and by heat conduction into the machine structure. The Ingress Protection Rating of this motor is IP 65, which means that it is completely protected against shock, dust penetration, and damage by sprays from water jets.
