Their typical areas of application include machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, food processing and packaging machines, metal forming machines, and robotics.
Thanks to its optical encoder, the MSK101D-0202-FN-S3-AB0-NNNN has high precision. The single-turn encoder has a Hiperface interface and 16 signal periods. It also has a data memory that preserves the information obtained even after switching off the machine. Additionally, it stores the motor type name, control loop parameters, and other relevant parameters. With an Ingress Protection Rating of IP 65, this MSK synchronous servo motor has high operational reliability. It is protected against dust penetration, shock, and water jets sprayed from all directions. The electrical connection of the motor is via its Side A.
The MSK101D-0202-FN-S3-AB0-NNNN has a maximum torque of 231Nm, four pole pairs, and a maximum speed of 3,400 revolutions per minute. It is liquid-cooled, making it suitable for high-power applications. The motor temperature is monitored by two systems that operate independently, the temperature sensor and the temperature model. These systems ensure that the motor is protected against irreversible damage by thermal overload. The housing coat is a black RAL 9005 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. This varnish is resistant to dilute acids, alkaline solutions, seawater, sewage, mineral oils, and hydraulic oils.
