Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s MSK synchronous servo motor series is a product of its vast experience. These motors have features that make them suitable for several applications. They have a compact design with high dynamics, high torque density, and excellent precision. Their areas of application include machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, food and packaging machines, metal-forming machines, and robotics.
The MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-LP0-NNNN has a single-turn optical encoder with the Hiperface interface. This encoder has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and 128 signal periods. It permits the evaluation of the motor’s absolute, indirect position within one mechanical motor rotation. There is an inbuilt data memory in the encoder for storing parameters like the motor type name, the control loop parameters, and the other motor parameters. This ensures a quick and easy startup. The motor's housing varnish is black (RAL 9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It is resistant to dilute acids, sewage, and current mineral oils and displays limited resistance to hydraulic oils and organic solvents.
A shaft with a keyway conforming to DIN 6885-1 and a shaft sealing ring are present in the MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-LP0-NNNN. The radial shaft sealing is designed in line with DIN 3760 - Design A and prevents fluid from entering the motor through the shaft. Temperature monitoring in this motor is via two independent systems, the temperature sensor and the temperature model. These systems work to prevent damage by thermal overload. It should be operated at a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C and a maximum height of 1000m. The motor has a protection class of IP 65, which means it is dust-proof and protected against shock and water jets.
