Product Description
Combining the synchronous servo motors of the MSK series with IndraDrive control units produces a flexible, high-performance drive system. These motors have a compact build and high torque density with maximum torques of up to 631 Nm. They are commonly used as rotary main and servo drive motors.
The MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-BG0-NSNN is a synchronous servo motor in the MSK series with a single-turn optical encoder with Hiperface for recording the absolute, indirect position within one mechanical motor rotation. This encoder uses the optical measurement method for precise position detection and speed control and has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. It has a data memory where the motor type name and control loop parameters are stored, allowing the motor’s rapid startup and safe adjustment to the drive controller. The maximum speed of this MSK model is 3,400 revolutions per minute, while its rotor’s moment of inertia is 0.00932 kgm2. It is also equipped with a KTY84 thermal sensor to protect it from irreversible damage due to thermal overload.
Like other MSK motors by Bosch Rexroth, the housing of the MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-BG0-NSNN is sealed and has an IP 65 Ingress Protection rating per EN 60529. This means it is impervious to dust ingress and multidirectional water jet sprays. Its housing is also coated with a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. The varnish is resistant to damage by diluted acids/alkaline solutions, current mineral oils, sewage, and water. This model’s output shaft is a plain type, and it provides a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft-hub connection. It uses clamping sets, clamping sleeves, or clamping elements for coupling the machine elements to be driven.
