Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is the designer of the powerful MSK synchronous motors. These motors are characterized by high dynamics, broad power spectrum, compact construction, and high torque density. They are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors across different fields. These include handling systems, machine tools, robotics, printing and paper processing machines, and metal-forming machines.
Due to new optical encoder methods, the MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-BG0-NNNN functions with high precision. Its encoder is the single-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface. The integrated encoder allows absolute, indirect position evaluation within one mechanical motor rotation and has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. Its Ingress Protection Rating, according to EN 60529, is IP 65, indicating that it is protected against the penetration of dust, shock, and damage from water jets. This sealed design also allows it to function safely under unfavorable environmental conditions. Heat loss is realized via natural convection to the ambient air and heat transfer to the machine construction.
This MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-BG0-NNNN has a plain shaft with a radial shaft sealing ring. The shaft gives a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft hub connection with a high degree of quiet running while the shaft sealing ring prevents fluids from entering the shaft. This keeps the shaft seal greased for a lifetime. The motor should be operated at an ambient temperature of 40°C, relative air humidity of 95%, and a setup height of 1000m above mean sea level to achieve optimum performance. Its housing varnish is a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. This makes it resistant to dilute acids/alkaline solutions, water, seawater, sewage, current mineral oils, organic solvents, and hydraulic oil.
