Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s MSK motor series are efficient synchronous servo motors for various industrial applications. They were designed to provide safe and cost-effective solutions to automation challenges. Their characteristics include a wide power spectrum, narrow size increments, and high torque density. There are different models in the MSK motor series, and they differ in their interfaces and driving powers.
The MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-AP2-NNNN is equipped with a single-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface. It has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and 128 signal periods. This encoder displays a high level of precision and permits the motor’s absolute, indirect position evaluation within one mechanical motor rotation. It has a data memory for storing the motor name, control loop parameters, and other motor parameters. This MSK motor is equipped with an electrically-released holding brake with aholding torque of 70Nm, which holds the axes at a standstill when the motor is in a de-energized state. Its housing is coated with a black (RAL 9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. This protects against dilute acids, alkaline solutions, water, seawater, sewage, and current mineral oils.
Like other models in the series, the MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-AP2-NNNN is a self-cooling motor with heat dissipation realized via natural convection to the ambient air and by heat transfer to the machine structure. Its temperature is monitored by two independent systems; the temperature sensor, which is built into the stator, and the temperature model. They work together to protect the motor against irreversible damage by thermal overload. It is also equipped with an output shaft with a keyway according to DIN 6885-1 and a shaft sealing ring designed per DIN 3760 – design A.
