Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures innovative drive and motion control machinery used in factory automation. The MSK synchronous servo motors belong to the IndraDyn S family. These motors have a compact construction and are characterized by high dynamics, high torque density, and high precision due to their new optical encoder systems. They are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors across different fields, such as handling systems, machine tools, and metal-forming machines.
The motor encoder of the MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-AP0-NVNN is the single-turn optical encoder with the Hiperface interface and a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. This encoder has a data memory that ensures the motor’s quick and easy startup since it stores parameters like the motor type name and control loop parameters. The protection rating of this MSK motor is IP 65. This implies that it is protected from shock, completely touch-proof, and dustproof. Due to this protection rating, it can function under adverse environmental conditions with little risk of damage.
A shaft with a keyway conforming to DIN 6885-1 and a shaft sealing ring are present in the MSK101D-0200-NN-S1-AP0-NVNN. The radial shaft sealing ring prevents liquids from entering the motor through its shaft. This motor is self-cooling with heat dissipation achieved via natural convection to the ambient air and by heat conduction into the machine structure. Its temperature is monitored by the temperature sensor and a temperature model, two independent systems that protect the motor from damage by thermal overload. The recommended environmental conditions for its optimal function are a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C and relative humidity of 95%. Installation should be at a maximum height of 1,000m above mean sea level.
