The MSK101D-0200-NN-M1-AP0-NNNN is a state-of-the-art industrial motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to operate in combination with a drive controller and form a rapid response automation system that can support the operation of a wide range of industrial production and processing machines. This industrial motor is manufactured under ideal industrial conditions by highly trained engineers. Unlike conventional industrial machines, it features a sophisticated design that allows it to undergo continuous start-stop operations at a high repeat frequency. The MSK101D-0200-NN-M1-AP0-NNNN industrial motor also features a housing varnish that consists of a black 2K epoxy resin coating which is based on epoxy polyamide in water. This varnish provides the motor housing with chemical resistance against diluted acids, water, sewage, and current mineral oils. It also provides limited resistance against organic solvents and hydraulic oils. To improve the chemical resistance of this industrial motor, an additional coat of varnish with a maximum thickness of 40 micrometres can be added to the existing coating.
The MSK101D-0200-NN-M1-AP0-NNNN industrial motor contains an internal encoder designed to convert the general operation of the motor into digital signals that the drive controller can receive, interpret and use to control the operation of the motor in real time. This industrial motor also contains special grease-lubricated ball bearings designed to reduce the frictional heat generated by the motor during operation, these ball bearings have a service life of about 30,000 hours although this can be significantly reduced by the overloading of the motor.
The MSK101D-0200-NN-M1-AP0-NNNN industrial motor connects to the industrial machine through a special output shaft which features a special keyway that ensures the secure connection of the motor to the machine without the risk of sudden disconnection.
