Product Description

The MSK101D-0200-NN-M1-AG2-NSNN is an electrical motor manufactured by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat to operate as a reliable source of kinetic energy for industrial production and processing machines. This electrical motor is manufactured according to international standards, it features a unique housing unit that provides it with optimum protection against foreign solid and liquid substances, and is specially coated to allow for the direct integration of the motor into the industrial servo system. The MSK101D-0200-NN-M1-AG2-NSNN electrical motor is also covered with a special black coat designed to protect its metallic housing from the rapid deterioration that can be caused by liquid substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkali, seawater and sewage. Under normal operation conditions, this electrical motor can maintain operational efficiency of about 95 percent without the risk of sudden machine breakdown.

The MSK101D-0200-NN-M1-AG2-NSNN electrical motor also contains an internal optical encoder which provides the drive controller with the digital signals it requires to monitor and control the operation of the motor in real-time. Although for most industrial applications, the surface temperature of this electrical motor can be effectively regulated via natural convection, if the motor is to be used in an application that requires continuous start-stop operations, or high radial loads, an external air blower can be integrated into the motor’s housing unit to aid the temperature regulation process.

The MSK101D-0200-NN-M1-AG2-NSNN electrical motor also features a special plain output shaft designed to smoothly transmit the kinetic energy generated by the motor into the industrial machine. This output shaft is connected to an electrically releasing holding break that helps to retain the load connected to it when the motor is at a standstill.
