Product Description
The MSK101C-0300-NN-M1-AP2-NNNN model of falls in the IndraDyn S series launched by Bosch Rexroth. This family of highly efficient synchronous motors comprises state-of-the-art motors that can be used as main spindle motors or servo drives for applications that rely on a high degree of precision. The MSK101C synchronous motor is inspected and tested at various manufacturing stages to ensure a high degree of reliability and a great user experience.
The MSK101C synchronous motor is featured with a multi-turn absolute encoder system that allows operational control of 2048 increments. The encoder communication is based on the Hiperface interface. This model is characterized by its compact construction and high dynamics. It offers high torque density and can be controlled by the servo drives offered by Rexroth Indramat. The MSK motor incorporates an electrically released holding brake producing 70 Nm of holding torque. The output shaft is designed to be locked by a key inserted into the keyway. The internals of the motor are sealed with a sealing ring that isolates the motor from its surroundings. To ensure a long operational life, this motor is designed to meet an IP65 degree of protection. The design complies with the requirements of insulation class 155 according to DIN EN 60034-1. It has a total weight of 28.3 kg excluding brakes and 32.1 including holding brakes.
The MSK servo motor comes with a compact design and robust shape with electrical connectors and a set of ready-made cables. When operated by stable voltages, this servo motor promises uninterrupted operation and smooth performance. Owing to a perfectly sealed housing, this model can be directly mounted under the machine's working area. It is rated for installation at a maximum altitude of 1000 meters above sea surface.
