Product Description
When it comes to the development of the most advanced drive and motion control units, Bosch Rexroth is one brand that stands tall. Its MSK servo motors suit several applications, including those beyond the standard for servo motors.
The MSK101C-0300-FN-M2-AG0-RNNN is a model of the MSK synchronous servo motors by Bosch Rexroth. It has an integrated multiturn encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface, which uses the optical measurement system to record its absolute, indirect position within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. Thanks to the data storage capability of the encoder, it ensures the motor’s rapid startup and safe adaptation to its drive controller. The motor’s maximum speed is 4,500 revolutions per minute, and it can generate a maximum torque of 110.0Nm. It has four pole pairs and a plain output shaft with a shaft sealing ring designed in line with DIN 3760 – design A. Since it is cooled by liquid cooling, the servo motor supports extreme loads as seen in continuous start-stop operations with high repetition rates.
Built with a KTY84 thermal sensor in its stator, the MSK101C-0300-FN-M2-AG0-RNNN is protected from irreversible damage due to thermal overload. Another temperature monitoring system in the motor is the temperature model. Its housing is sealed and has an IP 65 Ingress Protection rating, indicating that it does not admit solid extrinsic materials or multidirectional water jet sprays. This also means that it can be operated under harsh environmental conditions without the risk of damage. The housing is coated with a varnish consisting of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It should be installed at a maximum height of 1,000m.
