Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s compact and powerful MSK motors have several benefits to offer users. Their flexibility allows them to be combined with IndraDrive control units to obtain functional drive systems for various applications. Some of their supported applications are metal forming machines, robotics, and printing and paper processing machines.
The MSK101C-0202-NN-S3-AG0-NNNN is a synchronous servo motor in the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with a single-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface for position detection and speed control. This encoder’s data memory stores parameters like the motor type name and its control loop parameters. As a result, its startup time is shorter, and it can adapt safely to its drive controller. The motor also features the temperature model and the temperature sensor, two independent temperature monitoring systems that protect it from irreversible damage due to thermal overload. It also has a sealed housing with an IP 65 Ingress Protection rating since it is impervious to solid extrinsic objects and water jets from different directions.
Coated with a varnish that consists of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water, the MSK101C-0202-NN-S3-AG0-NNNN is chemically resistant to current mineral oils, dilute acids and alkaline solutions. It also displays some resistance to hydraulic oils and organic solvents. Its output shaft is plain and provides a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash and noiseless operation. Clamps, clamping sets, clamping sleeves, or clamping elements can be used to couple the machine elements to be driven. The output shaft comes with a sealing ring designed in line with DIN 3760 – design A to prevent fluids from entering the motor through the shaft.
