Product Description
Bosch Rexroth makes its commitment to excellence and innovation obvious with the quality of its drive and motion control units. Its MSK servo motors are compact synchronous motors with precise encoder systems. They are used in machine tools, metal forming machines, and robotics.
The MSK101C-0200-NN-S1-AG0-NNNN is a Bosch Rexroth MSK motor featuring a single-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface. It has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and uses the optical measurement method to provide high-level precision. This encoder has a data memory that stores the motor type name and control loop parameters, quickening the motor’s startup time. It also ensures that the motor can adapt safely to its drive controller. The heat generated during the motor’s operation is dissipated via natural convection and heat conduction to the machine construction. Its temperature is monitored by two temperature monitoring systems: the temperature model and the temperature sensor. The thermal sensor is the KTY84 type and is built into the stator.
A maximum torque of 110.0Nm can be generated by the MSK101C-0200-NN-S1-AG0-NNNN. It also attains a maximum speed of 3,300 revolutions per minute and accommodates a maximum current of 67.1A. The output shaft in this model is the plain type to provide a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash. Its shaft sealing ring corresponds to DIN 3760 – Design A and prevents fluid penetration into the motor via its shaft. Coating the motor is a black prime varnish consisting of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. Hence, it is highly resistant to current mineral oils, dilute acid and alkaline solutions, sewage, and water. Its maximum installation height is 1,000m.
