Product Description
Bosch Rexroth expertly designed the servo motors of the MSK motors to suit different kinds of applications. These motors come in different frame sizes, speeds, and torques. They are commonly used in machine tools, food processing and packaging machines, and printing and paper processing machines.
The MSK101C-0200-NN-M1-LK0-NV02 is an MSK servo motor with a multiturn absolute encoder for detecting its absolute, indirect position within 4,096 mechanical rotations. This encoder type features a data storage feature where the motor type name, control loop parameters, and other motor parameters are stored. Hence, the motor’s startup is faster, and its risk-free adaptation to the drive converter is guaranteed. The encoder also uses the optical measurement method to achieve high-level precision and preserves the absolute position of the axis even after a switch-off. Like other MSK series, it is operated maintenance-free and has bearings with a nominal service life of 30,000 operating hours.
Because its housing is coated with a varnish that consists of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water, the MSK101C-0200-NN-M1-LK0-NV02 is resistant to current mineral oils, sewage, water, and dilute acids. This coating also displays resistance to organic solvents and hydraulic oils. The servo motor is equipped with two temperature monitoring systems: the temperature model and the temperature sensor. This KTY84 temperature sensor is built into the stator and protects it from irreversible damage due to thermal overload. The MSK model reaches a maximum speed of 3,300 revolutions per minute and has four pole pairs. It should be installed at a maximum height of 1,000m above mean sea level with a maximum ambient temperature of 40oC.
