Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s attention to detail can be seen in all the components of its efficient Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. One of these is the MSK synchronous motor with a compact build and precise encoder system. These servo motors are used in machine tools, metal forming machines, and robotics.
The MSK101C-0200-NN-M1-BK0-NV02 is a model of the synchronous servo motors of the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Its maximum speed is 3,300 revolutions per minute with a maximum torque of 110.0Nm. This model has four pole pairs and a rotor whose moment of inertia is 0.00650 kgm2. Its integrated encoder is a multiturn absolute encoder with the Hiperface interface with a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. There is a data storage feature in this encoder that stores motor parameters like the type name and control loop parameters. This quickens the motor’s startup and ensures its risk-free adaptation to its drive controller. The encoder also uses the optical method to achieve impressive precision.
Heat is dissipated via natural convection in the MSK101C-0200-NN-M1-BK0-NV02. Its temperature is monitored by the temperature model and a KTY84 thermal sensor in its stator. These monitoring systems work independently to prevent irreversible damage due to thermal overload. Another protective feature of the MSK synchronous servo motor is its sealed housing with an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65. This indicates that it is touch-proof, dustproof, and impervious to water jet sprays from different directions. The housing is coated with a varnish consisting of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It is resistant to water, sewage, dilute acids and alkaline solutions.
