Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is a pioneer automation company with state-of-the-art products like the MSK synchronous servo motors. These motors are components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system which can be tailored to suit specific applications by the addition of options.
The MSK100D-0350-NN-S1-BP2-NNNN is a servo motor in the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is built to generate a maximum torque of 185.0Nm and attains a maximum speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute. This servo motor displays high operational reliability thanks to its numerous protective features. One of these is its sealed housing with an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65 according to EN 60529. It prevents solid extrinsic materials and multidirectional water jets from penetrating the motor, allowing its safe use in harsh environmental conditions. The MSK model also has two temperature monitoring systems that protect it from irreversible damage caused by overheating. They are the temperature sensor and the temperature model.
A single-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface detects the absolute, indirect position of the MSK100D-0350-NN-S1-BP2-NNNN within one mechanical motor rotation. It works with an impressive level of precision as it uses the optical measuring method and has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. Its data memory stores the motor type name and control loop parameters so that the motor starts up faster. This feature also allows the motor to adjust safely to its drive controller. The housing of this MSK model is coated with a varnish consisting of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It protects it from the damaging effects of agents like sewage, water, and current mineral oils.
