Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s MSK servo motors offer users high-level flexibility as they accommodate the addition of different options. They are synchronous servo motors with high torque density and precise encoder systems. Typically, they are used in food processing and packaging machines and robotics.
The MSK100D-0350-NN-S1-BP0-NNNN is one of the MSK servo motors designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It has a rotor with a moment of inertia of 0.03500 kgm2 and reaches a maximum speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute. This model can also generate a maximum torque of 185.0Nm and has four pole pairs. Like others in the series, it is safe from the harmful effects of overheating due to the presence of a KTY84 thermal sensor in its stator windings. Another temperature monitoring system with a similar function is the independent temperature model. Based on the dustproof and touch-proof nature of its housing, the motor is rated IP 65 per EN 60529. It also does not permit the penetration of multidirectional water jet sprays.
Agents like current mineral oils, water, dilute acids and sewage are prevented from damaging the MSK100D-0350-NN-S1-BP0-NNNN thanks to its housing varnish. It consists of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. The servo motor is fitted with a single-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface, which evaluates its absolute, indirect position within one mechanical motor rotation. This encoder eliminates the need for a separate incremental encoder and uses the optical measuring principle to ensure excellent precision. An output shaft with keyway, according to DIN 6885-1 permits form-fitting torque transmission with constant direction in the motor and has low requirements for the shaft-hub connection.
