The motor has been designed with four pole pairs and is used for high start stop applications due to its low rotor inertia. The motor has been powered with high density permanent magnets that are able to generate a high amount of magnetic flux. This ensures the availability of maximum torque at the output shaft. The motor's peak torque is also available for use at various speeds because of the electronic commutation used in this model instead of the conventional brushed design. The use of electronic commutation also ensures a hazard free operation. This model has a peak torque of 185 Nm with a peak current of 135 A.
