Product Description
Bosch Rexroth AG provides top-of-the-line products and services to its customers around the world. With its employees, Bosch Rexroth leads the world in the development and advancement of plant manufacturing technology. As automation continues to expand into the manufacturing industry, so too must the imaginations and capabilities of the companies who constitute it. This is why the Indramat® Drive and Motor Company is one of Bosch Rexroth's greatest accomplishments and most valuable branches. The motors, drives, and controls produced by Indramat® push the limits of what industrial automation technology can accomplish.
In particular, Indramat's® IndraDyn S (MSK Series) synchronous servo motors are renowned for their ability to produce a high torque density, with excellent precision, from a compact design. The MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-LP2-NNNN has a Winding Code of 300. It can produce 48 Nm of continuous torque at a standstill, 60 K, from 20.7 A of current, and 57 Nm of continuous torque at a standstill, 100k, from 24.8 A of current. At maximum capacity, the MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-LP2-NNNN can produce a maximum torque of 187 Nm from 83.2 A of current, to provide a maximum speed of 3000 rpm from 93.2 A of current.
Its electrically-released holding break can provide 70 Nm of holding torque from 1.29 A of current and 24 volts, with a connection time of 53 ms and a disconnection time of 97 ms. All of this power comes from a compact 56.0 kg body with a standard design. It is also highly protective against both solids and liquids at IP65. Its shaft has a keyway according to DIN 6885-1 with a shaft sealing ring, and its electrical connection is located on its left side. Its excellent precision comes courtesy of its Singleturn Hiperface optical encoder with 128 signal periods.
