Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is adept in the design of state-of-the-art drive and motion control systems. The MSK motors on its IndraDrive platform are compact, maintenance-free motors. They display impressive flexibility and are suitable for various operations.
The MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-LG2-NNNN is a synchronous servo motor model of the MSK series by Bosch Rexroth. It is designed to reach a maximum speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute and generate a maximum torque of 187.0Nm. Its temperature monitoring systems include the KTY84 thermal sensor in its stator windings and the temperature model. The thermal sensor works with threshold values of 140°C and 150°C to prevent irreversible damage due to thermal overload. This MSK motor’s housing belongs to the IP 65 protection category, permitting its safe use in harsh environmental conditions. It is touch-proof, dustproof, and impervious to water jets from different directions. Coated in a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water, the motor is protected from the damaging effects of current mineral oils, seawater, diluted acids/alkaline solutions, and sewage.
Equipped with a single-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface, there is no need for a separate incremental encoder on the MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-LG2-NNNN. The encoder’s measuring principle is optical, guaranteeing high-level precision. It also has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and records the motor’s absolute, indirect position recording within one mechanical rotation. This encoder also has a data memory that stores the motor type name and control loop parameters, accelerating its start-up and ensuring its safe adaptation to the drive controller. The output shaft of this MSK model is plain and provides a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash and a shaft sealing ring.
