Product Description
Based out of Lohr am Main, Germany, Bosch Rexroth AG represents the global gold standards in innovation, efficiency, and safety of mechanical engineering and plant engineering technology. Bosch Rexroth employs over 32,300 people worldwide, all of whom are dedicated to providing top-of-the-line products and services to the industrial world. The Indramat® Drive and Motor Company, who integrated with Bosch Rexroth in 1965, is responsible for Bosch Rexroth's unrivalled innovations to and production of state-of-the-art drives, motors, and controls that make industrial automation possible.
Indramat's® IndraDyn S (MSK Series) synchronous servo motors set new standards for motor technology. The motors within the MSK Series are known for its high precision and torque density to match their dynamics and compact construction. The MSK100D-0300-NN-S1-BP0-NSNN has a Winding code of 300. It is able to produce up to 187 Nm of torque from 93.2 A of current, resulting in a maximum speed of 3000 rpm. At a standstill 60 K, it provides 48 Nm of continuous torque from 20.7 A of current.
At standstill, 100 K, it provides 57.0 Nm of continuous torque from 24.8 A of current. It is constructed into a compact 56.0 kg body with a standard design and an AXEX design according to Group II, Category 3G and 3D according to DIN EN 60079 ff, and has a high degree of protection at IP65, and a natural convection cooling method. Its electrical connection is found on its B side, and it has a shaft with a keyway according to DIN 6885-1 with a shaft sealing ring. It owes its high degree of precision to its new optical encoder: a single turn hiperface optical encoder with 128 signal periods.
