Product Description
The Bosch MSK100C-0300-NN-M2-AG2-RNNN is an advanced servo motor. You can use it for a wide variety of industrial applications. The motor offers several features that make it an ideal choice for servo systems. At 60K overtemperature, the motor delivers 38 Nm continuous torque at standstill and 21.6 Amps continuous current at standstill. At 100K overtemperature, the motor delivers 43.5 Nm continuous torque at standstill and 27 Amps continuous current at standstill. Bosch has designed the motor for convection cooling. However, you can use forced air cooing if you desire higher torque and current output. With forced air cooling, the continuous torque output increases to 57 Nm, and the continuous current output increases to 32.4 Amps. The motor features a highly accurate optical multiturn encoder. This encoder has an EnDat 2.1 interface and is rated for 2048 signal periods.
You can choose from one of six available singleturn/multiturn encoders for your MSK motor. Bosch also provides optional holding brakes for MSK motors. You have two holding brake options for MSK100C motors: 32 Nm and 70 Nm. The holding torque of the brake on the MSK100C-0300-NN-M2-AG2-RNNN motor is 70 Nm. Voltage rating of the brake is 24 Volts DC and the current rating is 1.29 Amps. The brake takes up to a maximum of 53 milliseconds to engage and maximum of 97 seconds to disengage. The electrical power socket on the motor is on side A of the housing. When it comes to the motor shaft, you can choose either a smooth shaft or a shaft with keyway. Both types of shaft include a shaft seal. The MSK100C-0300-NN-M2-AG2-RNNN has a smooth shaft. The motor housing is designed with increased concentricity and run-out.
