Product Description
The MSK range of Synchronous Motors consist of small and powerful motors by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and are uniquely designed using parts that enable it to be suitable to a wide spectrum of power devices. Also known as IndraDyn S servomotors they are feature-rich and establish new standards in power technology and are distinguished by many innovations in their compact construction, superior dynamics, high power torques, and precision control owing to specially developed optical encoders. They are used in diverse applications such as - kit motors, rotary drives, servo linear drives, etc in the industries dealing with packaging machines, foodstuff handling, Machine tool units, Metal-forming machines, paper manufacturing, and Printing, robotics, etc.
The IndraDyn S MSK100C-0300-NN-M1-BP0-NNNN by Rexroth Bosch is a powerful MSK Series has 4 pairs of poles and insulation of class– F in EN 60034-1. It is furnished with the winding of Code 300 in Size 100 specifications and built on a frame that gives it a length of category “C”. It further has a multiturn-absolute 128 increments Hiperface type Optical encoder to give it accuracy in movements. The shaft is including the keyway per DIN-6885-1 and comes with a shaft sealing ring which makes it a totally sealed entity. The housing design facilitates Natural Convection Cooling for heat dissipation and temperature control and also carries the external Connector fixed to the B-Side for power. The motor is not fitted with a holding brake.
Among the technical features, the MSK100C-0300-NN-M1-BP0-NNNN displays a standstill constant torque of 38 Nm at 60K and the connected standstill current of 21.6 A at 60K. The highest torque generated by this motor is in the range 148 Nm max and its maximum speed rating is 4500 rpm. The motor is provided with the IP65 level of safety.
