Product Description
Servomotors have been an integral part of robotics, camera auto-focus, solar tracking systems, textiles, motion sensors, and more. It's obvious that they are high on demand and are getting more and more artificially intelligent, thanks to manufacturers like Rexroth Bosch GmbH. Since early 2000's the group has been serving the motion industries across the globe with highly adaptable, durable and superfast synchronous motors. They have introduced different prototypes meant for different industries. The MSK Indradyn S servomotors, due to their functionality and customizing options, are by far the most sold products. MSK100C-0200-NN-S2-AP0-RNNN belongs to the same series.
The MSK100C-0200-NN-S2-AP2-RNNN is a powerful and high-performance model with some modifications in the standard design. For example, the servomotor features a singleturn Optical feedback encoder with up to 2048 increments per revolution. The optical feedback encoder reduces the deviation of system accuracy up to 20 angular seconds and offers up to 16,777,216 bits per revolution. Another noteworthy feature of the MSK100C-0200-NN-S2-AP2-RNNN is shaft type. Instead of plain shaft, the synchronous motor model features a shaft with keyway according to DIN6885-1, along with the mandatory ring for shaft sealing. Unlike most MSK series models, this particular servomotor features a holding brake. The holding brake is "electrically released" and offers a force up to 70Nm.
Among other features, the motor features natural convection cooling mode which can be upgraded to liquid cooling mode. The frame size is 100 and the motor length is C. At 60K temperature, MSK100C-0200-NN-S2-AP2-RNNN offers 38 Newton-meter of continuous torque at standstill position. Finally, the MSK100C-0200-NN-S2-AP2-RNNN comes with modern functionality and there's still a room for upgradation. So, it can be customized according to the user's requirements. The servomotor equipment has IP65 protection that offers protection against dust.
