Product Description
Motion and logic control would never be completed without synchronous servomotors. Among servomotor manufacturers, Rexroth Indramat Group is considered as the leading technology firm for producing high-performing, durable and adaptable servomotors. The group has introduced many different series and models over the course of nearly twenty years. One of the popular series of Rexroth Bosch GmbH is MSK Synchronous Motors, and MSK100C-0200-NN-S2-AP0-RNNN is one of the examples of this series.
MSK100C-0200-NN-S2-AP0-RNNN can be termed as a futuristic control and logic module due to its functionality and ability to get upgraded. The synchronous motor offers a frame size 100 and its motor length is C, which is the second longest length for MSK servomotors. The MSK100C-0200-NN-S2-AP0-RNNN synchronous motor offers a continuous torque (in still position) of 38 Newton-meter (at 60K temperature). The rated winding code of this servomotor is 200, and there is natural convection for cooling.
Most noteworthy feature of MSK100C-0200-NN-S2-AP0-RNNN has been its singleturn optical hiperface encoder that delivers 2048 increments per second. That adds speed to the data collection task. The servomotor features a plain shaft with standard sealing ring and there is a connector at A-side. The low-rotor inertia disregards the need of holding brake, so the basic model doesn't feature any holding brake. However, 32Nm or 70Nm electrically released holding brakes can be ordered separately. Similarly, the cooling mode can be upgraded to liquid cooling by installing a LEM-AB-192N-11-NNNN fan in the fan unit. What makes MSK100C-0200-NN-S2-AP0-RNNN different from its family members is its shaft type. The servomotor features a shaft with keyway that's been fixed according to DIN6885-1, and shaft sealing ring is also available. The MSK100C-0200-NN-S2-AP0-RNNN has some modifications to suit modern-day requirements. And there's always a room for user-intended customization, too. The model is backed by IP65 protection to prevent dust.
