Product Description
Motion control has become a niche now, and more and more engineering firms have been introducing quality logic control modules. But Bosch Rexroth Indramat Group is considered to be the leader as they have introduced thousands of motion and logic control gadgets over decades. With popular MSK series, the company has made a revolution in motion controlling, giving futuristic servomotors that can be upgraded for accuracy, speed and long-lasing performance. MSK100C-0200-NN-S1-RG0-NNNN is just another inclusion in the long list of high-end servomotors.
As appeared in the name, the MSK100C-0200-NN-S1-RG0-NNNN servomotor has a motor frame size 100, whereas the length of the motor is C. MSK100C-0200-NN-S1-RG0-NNNN can reach up to the standstill continuous torque of 38 Newton-meter (at 60K temperature stroke) while it can reach maximum torque up to 148 Newton-meter. The 4 pole synchronous servomotor has a low rotor of 0.027 kilogram meter square without brake, and its maximum speed is 3500 RPM. Since the servomotor is meant for motion and logic control, it features a singleturn hiperface optical encoder that offers 128 increments per second. The singleturn optical encoder offers 80 angular seconds of system accuracy and can generate 1,048,576 bits of information per revolution. The hiperface encoder allows indirect position recording within 1 rotation.
MSK100C-0200-NN-S1-RG0-NNNN servomotor offers natural convection as cooling mode, and there is a fan unit for installing liquid cooling, if needed. The Rexroth Bosch servomotor features a plain shaft with standard seal (sealing ring). There is a connector (A-side type) as well. Holding brake is not available with these models but there is an option of installing a holding brake either of 32 Nm or 70 Nm. The MSK100C-0200-NN-S1-RG0-NNNN is all-basic when it comes to design specifications, but then, there's as many options for modifications and customization according to users' requirements.
