The Bosch Rexroth MSK100C-0200-NN-S1-BP2-NNNN is a digital servo motor with a standard housing. It features an integrated optical singleturn encoder. The encoder supports the Hiperface protocol and is rated for 128 signal periods. The function of the encoder is to measure motor speed and torque, and transmit these measurements to a motor controller. The motor parameter measurements – known as feedback – are sent via a feedback cable. The controller also supplied motor power. The controller transmits power over a separate power cable. Customers can select one of four options for the location of the power connector on the motor housing. On the MSK100C-0200-NN-S1-BP2-NNNN motor, the motor power connector is on side B of the motor.

Customers can order either a plain shaft or a shaft with a keyway. The main shaft on the MSK100C-0200-NN-S1-BP2-NNNN motor includes a keyway. The shaft also includes a sealing ring.
