The MSK100C-0200-NN-M1-BP0-NNNN is an effective electrical motor, being one of the MSK motor series made by the automation technology giant, Bosch Rexroth AG. The motor, with its numerous special attributes, differ from the other members of the motor series.

The MSK100C-0200-NN-M1-BP0-NNNN uses a multi-turn encoder system for position recording, 60K housing temperature and 100K winding temperature models for technical data management, bearings coupled with plain shaft as its output shaft for attachment to the machine to be driven, maximum current of 79.7A, maximum torque of 148.0Nm, and an environmental condition between 0°c and 40°c temperature at a height between 0m and 1,000m above sea level.

The MSK100C-0200-NN-M1-BP0-NNNN motor features a holding brake that is electrically released at 72Nm of torque which protects the motor when emergencies occur during operations. The protective structure of the motor also comprises its IP65 standard degree of protection against contacts, dust, and water. Then for the control of heat, a natural convection cooling system and a thermal overload regulator (that makes use of the temperature sensor and the two temperature models) are used, both systems protect the motor from thermal damage. Users can ensure further protection of the MSK100C-0200-NN-M1-BP0-NNNN motor through the use of accessories such as optional fan units for additional cooling, and air sealing connections for protection against liquids and dust, especially if the motor is being used under unfavorable environmental conditions. However, such sealing air connections must not come into frequent contact with the gear box lubricants to avoid damaging the sealing and to prevent lubricant from entering the motor. It is highly advised that used should ensure that the load limit is not exceeded so as to preserve the shaft and bearings, as well as the motor.
