Product Description

The MSK100C-0200-NN-M1-AP0-NNNN is an automation technology designed to be used for complex industrial automation processes by Bosch Rexroth AG, an electronic giant of global repute and of German origin. This motor is one of the company's MSK motor series made for the purpose of enhancing industrial activities across the globe.

The motor which has a maximum torque of 148.0Nm, a system accuracy of  ± 80 angular seconds, a maximum current of 79 7A, is advised to be used at ambient temperatures from 0°C to 40°C and a height of 0m to 1,000m above the sea level. It should put in mind that the performance data will have to be adjusted if the motor is to be used under different conditions that is different from what is specified. The MSK100C-0200-NN-M1-AP0-NNNN works with a optical multi-turn encoder system with 128 increment, giving absolute indirect record position within 4,096 mechanical rotations, and the absolute position of the axis is preserved even after voltage is switch-off.

Additionally, the MSK100C-0200-NN-M1-AP0-NNNN features an IP65 protection standard against external contacts and substances such as water and dust, a natural convection system and thermal overload monitoring for internal temperature control of the motor, bearings and shaft with keyway as the output shaft for effective connection to the machine to be driven (ensure that the motor's load limit is not exceeded to preserve the shaft and bearings, as well as the motor from damage).

The MSK motor employ a 60K housing temperature model and the 100K winding temperature model for the control of technical data of the motor system.
