The MSK100B-0450-NN-S1-BP1-NNNN motor supports convection cooling. The optimal temperature range for motor operation is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. Bosch provides optional fan kits for MSK motors. With the fan installed, MSK motors can work with surface cooling and deliver higher output current and torque. MSK motors supports digital servo feedback. Each MSK motor is equipped with either a multi-turn or single-turn encoder. The encoder on the MSK100B-0450-NN-S1-BP1-NNNN is an optical single-turn device with Hiperface support. The MSK100B-0450-NN-S1-BP1-NNNN is also equipped with an optional holding brake. Voltage rating for the brake is 24 Volts DC and its holding torque specification is 32 Nm.
